Shakira was spotted at “An Evening of Love,” a fundraiser for The Bare Feet Foundation, which took place at Rain Nightclub in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Colombian singer took the stage at the exclusive event, where a screening of the movie adaptation of Gabriel García Márquez’s beloved novel, Love in the Time of Cholera, was also featured. The story of a lasting love struck a chord with the pop star.
During an interview at the premiere, Shakira shared with People en Español that her and Antonio are considering marriage in the future, but they are currently happy just being together. She expressed their love and commitment to each other, stating that they see no need to change anything when everything is going well.
She expressed, “For me, love is essential. I believe that nothing else, not even your job or passion for music, can compare to the importance of love in driving everyone’s lives. Love is always at the top of my list of priorities.”
