The PokerStars Championship Bahamas kicked off today with the first $100,000 Sᴜper High Roller event.

Notable participants include reigning GPI Player of the Year David Peters, and past runners-up Dan Colman and Dan Shak. PokerStars Team Pros Jason Mercier and Daniel Negreanu are also in the mix. However, today’s spotlight is on Kevin Hart, the first celebrity to join this year’s event.

The comedian and actor is testing his poker skills in the high-stakes tournament. Reports from the PokerStars Blog indicate Hart is staying competitive as play continues. 

There’s speculation that Hart may have received some tips from Daniel Negreanu, who was seen chatting with him before the game.

Despite the competition, Kevin Hart appears to be enjoying the experience in the Bahamas, with a busy schedule that includes tournaments, cash games, and other activities.
